1. No Returns: All products purchased from SIV Boutique are non-returnable.

Once an order has been successfully placed and delivered, it cannot be returned simply because of:

• Colour preference
• Size or fitting preference
• Product no longer being required
• Ordering the wrong product
• Not liking the style or design after delivery

We recommend reviewing the product details, size information, description, images, and other available information carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products: Although all orders are carefully checked before dispatch, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be required to provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
• Unboxing video, if available

Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from the product mentioned in your order, please contact our customer support team promptly. After verification, SIV Boutique may provide an appropriate resolution, subject to product availability and verification of the issue.

4. Product Condition: Products must be checked at the time of delivery. We recommend that you do not remove tags, labels, packaging, or other product attachments until you have confirmed that the product is correct and satisfactory. Any claim regarding damage or an incorrect item may require photographic or video evidence for verification.

5. Colour Variation: Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, display settings, lighting conditions, photography, and fabric characteristics. Minor colour differences between product images and the actual product will not generally be considered a defect.

6. Size & Measurements: Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size or providing correct measurements wherever required. Please carefully review the available size chart and product measurements before placing an order. A product cannot be returned solely because the selected size or fit is not suitable. For semi-stitched or unstitched products, customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided measurements and tailoring requirements are suitable for their intended fit.

7. Cancellation: Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

8. Refunds: Since SIV Boutique follows a no-return policy, refunds are generally not provided for returned products. If a product is verified by our team as damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, any refund or alternative resolution will be handled according to the circumstances of the order. Where a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through the original payment method or another method communicated by our team.

9. Exchange: Products are generally not eligible for exchange. However, if you receive a wrong or verified defective/damaged product, please contact us immediately. Any exchange or replacement will be subject to verification and availability.
